The deadline for submitting documents: 2021-03-02 00:00FinishedThis Request for Proposal (RFP) is a part of the Activity to Enhance Non-Governmental Actors and Grassroots Engagement (USAID/ENGAGE). The purpose of USAID/ENGAGE is to increase citizen awareness of and engagement in civic activities at the national, subnational and local level.
In July 2021, ENGAGE will host its annual ENGAGE Forum. This last forum will mark the formal conclusion of the five-year ENGAGE efforts. It will provide for overall stock-taking and CLA with an accent on learning and future adaptation. The Forum will be dedicated to sharing knowledge, experience, and advice for Ukrainian watchdogs’ future programming and CSO advocacy.
The Forum will host up to 300 participants from ENGAGE’s partners through the years and will be organized employing creative and engaging means, reinforcing a key characteristic and image of the USAID/ENGAGE Activity.
Following the spirit of previous ENGAGE Forums and in order to amplify cross-cutting issues, Pact intends to involve interested service providing companies who will contribute to the raising of environmental awareness of the Ukrainian citizens, encouraging them to adopt an environmentally friendly type of behavior, as well as organizing and ensuring successful implementation of a final event aimed at summarizing the work of the USAID/ENGAGE Activity over the five-year period highlighting its achievements and the achievements of its partners.
Place of Performance
All services required under this solicitation will be performed in Ukraine.
Period of Performance
All goods and services required under this solicitation will be delivered from April 2021 and will conclude by July 2021.
Scope of Work
The selected Vendor(s) is (are) expected to ensure the provision of environmental campaign organization and conference support services for ENGAGE Forum activity in its final program year. This procurement consists of two lots, both preferably covered by a single service providing company. However, Pact encourages those Vendors to apply who are capable of providing services envisaged in one of the lots. Pact will consider such proposals and evaluate them.

Submission of Questions: All questions or clarifications regarding this RFP must be in writing and submitted to tenders.engage@pactworld.org no later than February 16, 2021 Questions and requests for clarification, and the responses thereto, will be circulated to all RFP recipients who have indicated an interest in this RFP.
Submission of Proposals: The deadline for submission of proposals is March 2, 2021. Submissions must be forwarded in electronic format only (either PDF or Microsoft Word and Excel) to tenders.engage@pactworld.org.
