What kind of personal data are we gathering and why?
We are keeping e-mail addresses of users who have downloaded our materials. By providing your email address, you certify that your personal data is voluntarily provided to Pact, you agree to its subsequent entry into the organization’s database, and you also confirm that Pact has received the data in an appropriate manner and holds it legally. You agree that Pact may process your personal data in order to ensure your use of the website and to ensure the processing of your personal data in order to comply with the requirements of the law, the terms of agreements and or other transactions, or in accordance with the rights, obligations, and interests of your own and Pact. At the same time, you consent to the collection, accumulation, storage, and processing of your personal data, as well as its use by third parties, without your prior notification of its transfer.
Apart from that, we are collecting data on traffic in the website and the number of views of materials published in the “Knowledge Base” section. We are monitoring this information because we would like to know which of our products has been interesting for our audience. The e-mail addresses of users who signed up to receive our newsletter are held by the eSputnik.com service.
If you have used our contact form to reach us, your e-mail address and the name you provided, and your message will also be held by us unless you contact you contact us to ask otherwise. We keep this information to stay in touch with our audience, inform it of what we are doing, and to receive feedback to improve our work.
To analyze website traffic, we are using a Google Analytics module that gathers your personal data. Additionally, there are links on the website for social networks, including Facebook, Twitter, Viber, and Telegram. After following links to these platforms, these external social media outlets may gather your personal data.
How long do we save your data?
If you have downloaded our materials, or have used the contact form, data provided by you is saved until your notice. Email addresses gathered by the eSputnik service are saved until you unsubscribe from the newsletter. The management of this data gathered by third parties is regulated by their privacy policies.
What rights do you have regarding your data?
You have a right to remove all your data. You have the right to know that your data is gathered by us. To do so, please contact us at usaidengage@gmail.com.
Cookies
If you log into your account, we will create a temporary cookie to identify you, depending upon whether cookies are supported by your browser. This cookie does not contain any personal data and is deleted after closing the browser.
After you have logged in, we will also create several cookie files to save information about your login, username, and the number of views of published materials in the “Knowledge Base” section. Cookie login files are saved for two days. If you choose the “Remember Me” option, your login will be saved for two weeks. If you log out, login cookie files will be deleted.
