This week’s election marked an unprecedented result in Ukrainian politics. Voters resoundingly expressed their desire for new faces in parliament. Many political pundits now ask, will this new group bring change? But perhaps the better question is, will the new government represent the interests of all Ukrainians? That is where we come in!
Just as civil society organizations have actively informed voters on issues, strengthened democratic participation and processes, provided analysis on candidates, and monitored results throughout the election season, they now turn their attention to holding the next government accountable to the people they serve.
