The Second National Social and Behavior Change Communication Forum SHKALA-2021 is a unique event where leading international and Ukrainian experts in social and behavioral communications will share their cases and experience during the pandemic and crises as well as new trends in strategic communications for the social and public sector.
The Forum will take place on February 2-3 with the support from USAID/ENGAGE. This year the event will be held in the format of an online show with a professional studio broadcast.
