This Request for Quotations (RFQ) is part of the Enhance Non-Governmental Actors and Grassroots Engagement Activity funded by the US Agency for International Development (USAID) and implemented in Ukraine by Pact (USAID/ENGAGE). The purpose of USAID/ENGAGE is to increase citizen awareness of and engagement in civic activities at the national, regional, and local level.

In preceding years, in the framework of USAID/ENGAGE, Pact assisted several CSO-organized emblematic events in the areas of citizen engagement, civic education, LGBTQI, and electoral initiatives. This time, Pact is seeking a vendor to provide logistical support to Pride event in Kharkiv (“KharkivPride” March) and the March of Equality in Kyiv (“KyivPride” March).

This procurement consists of two lots, both preferably covered by a single service-providing company. However, Pact encourages those Vendors to apply, who are capable of providing services envisaged in only one of the lots. Pact will consider all received quotations and evaluate them in a fair and transparent manner.

Submission of Questions: All questions or clarifications regarding this RFQ must be in writing and submitted to tenders.engage@pactworld.org no later than August 17, 2021.

Submission of Quotations: The deadline for submission of quotations is August 18, 2021, 18:00 (Kyiv time). Submissions must be forwarded in electronic format only (either PDF or Microsoft Word and Excel) to tenders.engage@pactworld.org.
