USAID/ENGAGE tries to involve as many civil society organizations as possible in order to find activists ready to counter the corruption, promote the principles of transparency and accountability, and contribute to the implementation of the reforms.

The amounts indicated have been paid in full under the projects that ended.  The amounts under the ongoing projects are estimates and do not necessarily reflect the exact sums that will be paid eventually. If the amount equals to 0, it means that the grant was rescinded at an early stage, but it is still displayed for the sake of consistency with USAID/ENGAGE internal documentation and reports.
