USAID/ENGAGE Looks for Line Editor

Since 2008, Pact has been implementing USAID’s civil society programs in Ukraine, including the USAID/ENGAGE activity, which was launched in October 2016.

Period of performance: January 2021 – September 2021

USAID/ENGAGE’s communication strategy puts an emphasis on strategic communication outside of the organization. Many publications and promotion pieces are planned, especially for non-Ukrainian speakers. Moreover, the current COVID-19 situation requires more communication with partners and key target audiences online, therefore the number of analytical and promotion pieces has increased. In addition, USAID/ENGAGE entered its final year of the program, which means focus on the learning agenda, success stories, and lessons learned. To ensure the high-quality of the product from the language point of view, Pact is seeking a Line Editor to provide services till September 30, 2021.

The proposed SOW will not only focus on big tasks such as reports to donors but also cover learning agenda related analytical pieces, memos, articles, etc.
